Zippy

Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Zippy (zippy.sp-ce.co), an internal workspace operated by SP-CE. By using Zippy, you agree to them.

Who can use Zippy

Zippy is for SP-CE team members and people SP-CE invites. Accounts are created by invitation only. SP-CE may change or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves the team.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in methods (passkeys, email and authenticator app) secure, and don't share your account.
  • Two-factor authentication is required for every account.
  • Tell us right away at roberto@sp-ce.co if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Try to access data or accounts you haven't been given access to.
  • Interfere with, overload or probe the security of Zippy.
  • Use Zippy for anything unlawful, or to send spam through scheduling links or email.

Your content

Work information you add to Zippy, such as time entries and briefs, belongs to SP-CE as part of your work. You're responsible for making sure what you add is accurate and that you're allowed to add it.

Connected Google accounts

If you connect a Google account, you allow Zippy to access your Google Calendar as described in our privacy policy, only to provide the calendar features you turn on. You can disconnect at any time in Zippy or from your Google account settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

Scheduling links

People who book time through a Zippy scheduling link agree to provide accurate information, and they understand that the team member they book with receives it.

Availability

We work to keep Zippy running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, SP-CE is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let team members know in Zippy or by email.
